I am a psychologist, AASECT certified sex therapist, and trauma specialist.

In therapy, I bring my knowledge of research-based approaches to best collaborate with clients in a way that meets their individual needs. I’m not here to tell you what to do, but rather to join you and offer approaches that I believe will bring you closer to your personal goals. Therapy can be hard work, so I want it to be in service of things that feel meaningful to you.

One of the most important parts of therapy is finding the right fit for you. Schedule a free, 15-minute consultation where you can learn more about me and make sure you feel comfortable moving forward.


Intake

If we determine that I’m the right fit for you, we will start with a 90-minute intake session. This longer appointment gives me time to get to know you, where you currently are, and what has led you there. This also helps me brainstorm treatments that I believe will be effective.

Get to Work

We will discuss various treatment options and I want your feedback on which approach makes sense for you. Then we will start working toward your goals and adjust as needed along the way. Appointments are typically 45-50 minutes every 1-2 weeks.
